Conbo is an Israeli SaaS company that converts existing CCTV camera infrastructure into a real-time operational intelligence layer, without requiring any new hardware. Founded by Eran Pereg and Reuben Sabi, the platform uses Artificial Intuition and computer vision to continuously analyze live video feeds across port terminals, logistics facilities, and industrial sites.
The platform tracks vehicle, equipment, and cargo movement in real time, identifies bottlenecks and delays, analyses load patterns, and surfaces the operational data that managers need to make faster and more accurate decisions. The core insight behind Conbo is straightforward: the data already exists inside every port's camera network. It is simply not being used. Conbo turns that latent infrastructure into a live operational picture, at a fraction of the cost of hardware-based alternatives.

The Port of Ashdod operates around the clock, handling 50% of Israel's vehicle imports and processing thousands of cargo movements daily. Its CCTV infrastructure, cameras mounted across gates, terminals, quaysides, and parking areas, had historically served one purpose: reactive security review after an incident occurred. The data flowing through that network every hour was going largely unanalyzed.
Conbo's proof-of-concept at Ashdod connected its platform to the port's existing cameras and, within a short deployment window, gave operations teams something they had never had before: a live, continuous picture of exactly what was happening across the facility in real time. Gate waiting times, terminal load concentrations, vehicle movement patterns, equipment location, all visible before they became problems.
The POC demonstrated that the gap between the data a modern port generates and the data it actually uses is not a hardware problem. It is a software problem, and Conbo solves it. The Port of Ashdod subsequently invested $650,000 in the company, reflecting the operational value demonstrated under live port conditions.
